But to fully get your customer right, please do the following steps first to avoid any further troubles: First and foremost, make sure the parcel packaging sound without any damages when you are ready to sign for it, if not, please reject it and contact us. Second, please have a fully check to make sure everything with the item is there and good. Get the item fully charged for at least 2 hours before trying a first driving, and also having your first go for a test is necessary. Third, don’t try to put a item aside waiting for an important day to open for more than 30 days, that will reduce the battery lifespan which will influence the function of the item.
Any damages or faults you may find must be reported to our service team the moment you receive it within 48 hours. We will arrange for the free charge return, and send a replacement or refund according to customer’s request.
Unwanted item without any quality problems must remain new and clean enough and packed intact in its original packaging within 14 days, and the return postage must be at the customer’s expense. If the item has quality problems within 14 days , we will pay for the return postage instead and refund immediately.
More than 14 days but within 30 days, you are free to get accessories including charger and battery if there is a need. please remember to contact us ASAP the moment there is a problem. If there are any quality problems, you still have one chance asking for a replacement. The return postage will be at our expense, once the original item is on its way back , a new replacement will be shipped immediately.
More than 30 days but within one year , if the item is faulty, please feel free to contact us, but related videos are required as a premise. If the customer can handle the problem under our instructions, we can provide accessories if necessary. On the contrary, if the customer is unable to do the repair, he/she will pay for the postage for sending the item to our repair centre, our professional repairmen will offer free and full checking, fixing and testing. Refund and replacement will depend on the condition of the item returned to us. That is, a full refund may not be given if the item is not able to be resold as fresh new and intact. So when you decide to return a item , please make sure everything with it is packed well into its original packaging.
